Reds continue to address needs….

According to Ken Rosenthal, the Reds have reached an agreement with 38-year-old left-handed reliever Arthur Rhodes on a two-year, $4 million dollar deal. Obviously it’s pending a physical, but in a matter of 3 days GM Walt Jocketty and the Reds have addressed the catching position and depth in the bullpen.
In 2008, Rhodes appeared in 61 games, finishing with a 4-1 record and a very respectable 2.86 ERA with a 1.24 WHIP. In 36 innings he gave up 28 hits and 8 earned runs and 16 walks.
Expect him to blow away every NL slugger with his 5-carat studs!!!!
