Somehow, someway, every chick’s anthem this summer has been Lonely Island’s “I’m On a Boat”.  Hell, even Jay Bruce used it as his walk-up music before he decided to crush his wrist.

Today, as everyone tried to commute to work the roads looked like rivers and the rivers looked like oceans.  It rained like six inches in a little over an hour.  Dead serious, Noah better be on his way to Louisville, KY quick!

In all seriousness, I have not heard any word of any injuries or anything like that. Just a few who have been rescued from their cars. Let’s hope that it remains that way. These flash floods are no joke and the National Weather Service says that floods like this are deadly because people are much more lackadaisical because it’s just rain.

Be careful when driving and do not drive through standing water, EVER!
