The AP is reporting, Owensboro native and former NASCAR driver, Jeremy Mayfield, has been arrested for possession of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine at his home in Catawba,NC. That may not be the biggest problem for the banned NASCAR driver. The police have also found nearly $100,000 of reported stolen merchandise.

Mayfield has won over $33 Million dollars in a 17 yr. NASCAR career that included 5 wins.
