Top five craziest uniforms in sports
The NBA Season is coming up and many teams have been having their media day this week. One of those teams were the Denver Nuggets. The team unveiled their “alternative” uniforms. They call the new threads their “Skyline” jersey. Fans of the Nuggets have been saying the style is old school meets new school. What do you think of the new uniforms? I like them, they are a type of throwback to the Nuggets of the 1980′s. I have to say I love JaVale McGee’s (34) and Danilo Gallinari’s (8) expression in this picture. It looks to me like they are still wondering if they like these jerseys.
With the new Nuggets jerseys it got me thinking of the some of the loudest uniforms in sports. Here is my top five craziest sports jerseys. Let me know what I missed.
Maryland Football: Remember these? Half uniform half flag.
Philadelphia Eagles: Some jerseys should never make a comeback.
Denver Broncos: Hey Denver, when you have the option to use a throwback, use the “Orange Crush” jerseys.
Toronto Raptors: Sometimes you do not need to have your mascot on the jersey, especially if it looks like a character on the Barney Show.
Pittsburgh Steelers: I have no words for this one!
