Janikowski Vanderjacks all over the Jaguars
Not much has been good in Oakland since their trip to the Super Bowl in 2002 but one person has stood the test of time, Sebastian Janikowski. SeaBas owns or shares 8 NFL kicking records and is over 80% accurate in his NFL career.
Janikowski also owns the most important record, he is the highest paid kicker of all time. He signed a 4yr $16 Million dollar extension and this Sunday was just another reason why. The Raiders moved their record to 2-4 after they avoided disaster against the Jaguars. Oakland rallied in the final 7 minutes with a SeaBas 31 yarder and a Carson Palmer touchdown run with just over 3 minutes to force OT. The Jaguars received the kickoff in OT but quickly decided they didn’t want it anymore! On the 3rd play of the drive, Cecil Shorts fumbled a pass reception and the Raiders recovered. Janikowski promptly booted a game winning 40 yd field goal. He was 4-5 on the day and the Raiders win again on the foot of their polish beast!
