Ole Miss’ Kennedy Arrested; Charged with Assault

Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy has been arrested and charged with assaulting a cab driver earlier today. He is also accused of shouting racial slurs at the cab driver while allegedly beating him, Kennedy’s status for coaching tonight’s game against Louisville is uncertain. And as seen by the photog below, proving Kennedy belongs to some sort of street gang, it most likely was a gang related assault.

**Update** – Andy Kennedy will coach tonight against the Louisville Cardinals, this game just got a lot more interesting.
