Louisiana High School Squad Completes Behind-the-Back Pass

Up 56-0, it wasn’t enough for Louisiana’s Central High to simply go for two to make the score 58-0. Nope, they had to do it all fancy. So, Will Briscoe drops back and flips a behind-the-back pass to a wide open receiver in the end zone, creating a 58-point cushion over Zachary High.

Either Central is unstoppable or Zachary sucks, but seriously what kind of jackasses are running that Central program?

Man, at least pretend to check the facts before you publish. I was at that game, and it didn’t go down at all like you (or ESPN) reported it. That play came on the second drive of the 1st quarter and made the score 15-0.

Maybe it was still unsportsmanlike, but I think it was just a matter of the coaches letting one of the best quarterbacks in the state have a little fun. The team’s starters have only played more than a half in ONE game this year (a 1-point game).
