After an impressive performance in the Las Vegas Summer League, it appears that Jodie Meeks should have a pretty good chance at making Milwaukee’s roster out of spring training. Of course, that will only be the case if Scott Skiles doesn’t pull a Billy Clyde and tell Jodie not to shoot the rock.
The Bucks started out the summer league 4-0 and lost last night to the Raptors 84-83 in their final game. Meeks played 36 minutes, scoring 29 points on 12-of-23 shooting, 4-of-8 from deep, and finished with four boards. The strong finale improved his average to an impressive 19.0 points-per-game and he finished with double figures in each game.
