#8 Kansas vs. #4 Missouri
This is a big game, not only in the Big12, but nationally. The winner of this game could be an eventual #1 seed in March. The Jayhawks are 8-1 in conference and the surprising Tigers are 7-2. The Tigers chasing the JayHawks is no surprise, but being only 1 game back is a huge surprise. Mizzou has really turned in a heck of a year, yet it all goes for naught if they flounder towards the end. Thomas Robinson will lead the Jayhawks in pts, boards, and sheer manliness but he will have to also play he-man defense against Ricardo Ratfliffe. Ratfliffe didn’t mind the big stage in the shootout with Baylor as he posted 27 pts and 8 boards in the books. The Jayhawks are probably going to play a little more defense though than the run n’ gun Bears. It’s going to be fun and should be a good way to close out the sports night with a 9pm tip. Either team can win but I like the Rock Chalk.

John Calhoun
Coach Calhoun has had a few “short term” absences in his tenure as coach at Connecticut. Yet, it’s really feeling more long term this time. Without their coach I forsee an even bigger tumble. They have lost 4 in a row and with Seton Hall and Louisville up next that slide could continue. Coach Calhoun only needs 33 wins to get to 900, but this maybe something he just can’t come back from. We wish he regains his health but I don’t mind if UCONN turns into a stinker!

We are all going to make them but really we should just not bother because in the end it’s going to be a great game…look at this poll on ESPN Sportsnation. Nearly 550,000 votes and it’s a dead heat at 50%! That’s pretty amazing and you can’t tell me one vote doesn’t matter.
