According to Larry Vaught, Kentucky and Morehead State will play at Rupp Arena on November 13th. It should be a fun game.
Donnie Tyndall has the Eagles heading in the right direction. Last season they made their first NCAA Tournament appearance in over 20 years and won their opening round game in the NCAA tournament against Alabama State. They then gave Louisville a scare in the first half, before falling to the Cardinals in the first round.
They return Kenneth Faried, who is a Big East/SEC type player, competing in the OVC. The kid is a beast and just hops around recording double-doubles.
More importantly, it will give everyone the opportunity to hear Louisville Bats play-by-play voice, Matt Andrews, do a Kentucky basketball game. Andrews, the color voice of the Morehead State Eagles, has yearned to do a game at Rupp since his birth, 29 years ago in Washington Courthouse, OH.
