According to Rich Brooks’ latest tweet, Kentucky is not planning on wearing black uniforms in Saturday’s pivotal matchup against Mississippi State. Brooks insisted that they do not even have black uniforms and that they will wear their traditional blues.

Saturday is still a blackout, so UK is asking that all fans wear black.

Rich Brooks on the other hand doesn’t care what you wear, as long as you are loud. “We need our fans in black, blue or white, loud and crazy Saturday night,” said Brooks.

On the injury front, Justin Jefferies left practice with the flu, Matt Lentz sat out with an ankle injury, and Micah Johnson sat out with a MCL tear. Brooks said that Johnson will try and go on Thursday, just as Derrick Locke did last week.

Trevard Lindley ran with the trainers again but he is still sore.
