Expert bracketologist Joe Lunardi, who may or may not still live in his parents’ basement, has a new update for the upcoming NCAA Tournament. In his latest projection, Lunardi has Louisville an 11 seed in the East region and Kentucky the overall 1 seed in the South region.

According to Lunardi, the Cards would open against 5th seeded Texas A&M in New Orleans. If they should win, the Cards would face the winner of (3) Ohio State and (14) Sam Houston State.

The Cats would head to Milwaukee to face the winner of the play-in game, then the winner of (8) California and (9) UTEP, which would feature an appearance by the legendary Derrick Caracter, assuming he doesn’t get himself suspended.

As an F.Y.I., the four number one seeds are Kentucky (South), Kansas (Midwest), Syracuse (East), and Villanova (West). The Big East has seven teams projected to make the tournament while the SEC has only three.
