2008 Straitpinkie.com College Football Champeenship (Quarterfinals)

What an upcoming weekend this could be…. Utah / Texas, Pete Carroll / Nick Saban! Oklahoma / Boise in a Statue of Liberty rematch!  Florida / Texas Tech in a game certain to break the scoreboard!  And this would just be the Quarterfinals!!! OH BAY-BEE!!!! And by the way, scheduling would be done so that Gus Johnson  could announce as many of these games as he wanted to if The Pinkie had any say in the matter.  Unfortunately we don’t, so this weekend we’ll get to see Florida Atlantic take on Central Michigan and Northern Illinois battle Louisiana Tech…..
