WAVE 3: UofL players Terrence Jennings, Jerry Smith arrested

According to WAVE 3, UofL basketball players Jerry Smith and Terrence Jennings were arrested last night in Jeffersonville, Indiana and booked in Clark County jail.

A fight reportedly broke out at Kye’s in southern Indiana. Police responded to break up the fight. Jennings and Smith were charged with resisting arrest. We will have more as this story develops.

This is one more distraction that the UofL team just does not need in what has been a tumultuous off-season. Coach Rick Pitino issued a statement acknowledging the matter, saying it would be dealt with internally.
