Nasty ‘Nati QB Pike won’t play against Cards

Per ESPN.com’s Joe Schad, Cincinnati quarterback Tony Pike will not start today against Louisville. The Cards will now be up against sophomore Zach Collaros who does not throw the ball as well as Pike, but Collaros can definitely run the ball. It will be imperative for the Cards, to have any chance at winning, to keep Callaros in the pocket. So it appears the Cards will not see Tony Pike today, no word yet on what this development does to Cincinnati’s beatability index; P Crush will provide that as soon as he finishes his calculations.
