Official UofL press release:
Louisville, Ky.- – The University of Louisville and WHAS-TV have announced that the Cardinals’ 2009 season-opener versus Indiana State will be broadcast live on WHAS on Saturday, September 5 at 7:30 p.m. at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.
The broadcast team of Ari Wolfe and Doug James will once again call all the action of Louisville football telecasts. Last season, WHAS televised three games.
The Cardinals return 48 letterwinners and 15 starters from last season’s 5-7 squad.
With that settled, we are only 72 days, 10 hours, and 50 minutes away from kick-off. Hopefully, there will be a packed house at PJCS to watch the opener of a pivotal seasonĀ for Louisville football. And remember, if you are at the game, you do not have to listen to Ari Wolfe.
