Opposing coaches can counter any arguement you make by saying things like, "they will turn on you like they did Tubby" or "they didnt give Billy Clyde a chance". Like it or not, recruits read more than the positive press that is spun on blogs and the Cats Pause. Fanbases are one of the main recruiting perks, and people are jealous that they don't have quite the fanbase that we do... not even close. When UK and UofL play eachother now, who are you going to root for? Memphis' relationship with the Cards has deeper roots, but based on comments here on the Pinkie, there is some serious hatred for UK out there on the part of UM fans.
