Update on the John Wall Snowman

Two days ago we received an e-mail from a reader regarding a John Wall snowman. We posted it immediately because the thing was absolutely legit.

Well the last day-and-a-half has been kind of crazy around the Pinkie.

It was linked on SportsIllustrated.com and multiple other sites yesterday. Despite the unbelievable flow of traffic our server somehow hung in there like a champ. It then received airtime on pretty much every local television outlet, including WLKY’s Jay Cardosi who absolutely loved the thing.

And the buzz around the John Wall Snowman, or “Wall Man”, continues to grow. We have been in talks with some people about getting this thing some big time publicity this weekend. I’m not going to get into specifics yet, but if it happens then everyone in the country will know about the John Wall Snowman creation.

It’s pretty awesome how everything is just kind of “snowballing”.

Speaking of snowballs and snowmen, I saw this one on BluegrassPreps.com and had to post it. It proves that not all snowmen have to be beloved characters. In fact, they can be downright drunks who somehow got the reigns of the UK basketball program for two seasons.
