UK Hoops for Haiti Telethon Today

Coach Calipari and his team are getting ready for the ‘Hoops for Haiti Telethon,’ starting Sunday, at the WKYT studio.

It all begins at noon. Coach Cal wants to raise money for the relief efforts in Haiti.

Cal said Saturday, he has many of his friends in basketball lined up to call in, even Ashley Judd, who was at Saturday’s game along with many others.

There will also be E-bay items, like dinner at the Calipari’s, and two on two with former players Scott Padgett and Tony Delk to bid on.

All the money donated will go to the United Way and Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti.

You can also help Haiti, with a t-shirt.

The ‘Hoops For Haiti’ shirts were printed Saturday night and will be sold at Cat Fan-Attic for $10.

All proceeds will go to Haiti relief.
