Kentucky to Debut LeBron James Uniforms Next Saturday?

Tonight on his call-in show, head coach John Calipari confirmed that the Wildcats will be wearing new LeBron James-styled uniforms next week. He didn’t say when but it will most likely be next saturday when the ESPN College Gameday crew is in Lexington to call the Kentucky-Tennessee game. The jerseys, according to Coach Cal, are really, really sweet.

I’m so excited about the prospect of new uniforms. I’ve had just about enough of our tight jersey and stupid gigantic shorts. What I’m wondering about is whether the new unis will be in addition to what we currently have or whether they will replace them. Also, what color do you think they will be? White is the safe bet, but I wouldn’t be surprised by black or even grey ones.
