Rich Brooks’ Wildcats received a commitment from one of their weekend visitors. Former Iowa State commitment Ryan Mosby switched his pledge to the University of Kentucky after a weekend visit to Lexington.
Mosby recorded 115 tackles, six forced fumbles, six sacks and led Rockwall-Heath High to a 13-1 record this season. The 6-foot-1 210-pounder can play linebacker or safety at the next level. After re-opening his recruitment, Mosby had been contacted by Clemson, Texas Tech, Georgia Tech and Houston.

It looks like Mosby will play linebacker, which is a much depleted department for the Cats due to the departures of Johnny Williams and Braxton Kelley. I love Rich Brooks and the Whomp Squad. A good story was posted on UKAthletics.com a few days ago, it talks about how the Cats are in elite company with their three strait bowl wins. I advise you check it.
