Billy Gillispie’s attorney: Billy G “considering” entering rehab
Billy Gillispie’s attorney, William Patrick, says that Gillispie was considering entering a rehab program after his 3rd arrest for DUI, but that he could not confirm reports by various local outlets that he had entered the John Lucas Athletes After Care Program in Houston.
Don’t ask me what I make of this, because I have no idea.
Anyway, let’s talk about something that is not difficult to understand: John Wall’s unstoppability.
Jeff Goodman of FoxSports.com has given out his pre-season college basketball hardware, and guess who gets top honors as Player of the Year?
You guessed it, it’s John Wall.
For me as an admittedly delusional UK fan, I’ve been pretty sure that all the hyperbole I’m dropping on John Wall’s game is at least a little bit too optimistic. However, seeing a national writer like Goodman pick Wall as POY makes me think otherwise.
As excited as I am about UK football and the Whomp! Squad, nothing compares to how much I am anticipating seeing John Wall on Big Blue Madness.
