The Office Recap – The Surplus

THE SURPLUS – CHUCKY WOOL’s TOP 10 MOMENTS

1. First Scene – Michael urges Oscar to explain the details of the budget surplus to him like an 8-year old…..then a 5-year old (“I think I’m getting there!”)

2. Michael’s response to Toby’s idea of using the $4,300 surplus on air quality testing because Toby believes they are silent killers (“Toby, you are the silent killer, go back to the annex!”)

3. Andy trying to read and understand Dwight’s directions to Shrute Farms – (“Turn at the Red Barn, walk 156 paces to the left and walk until you hear the bee-hive….I can’t get any clearer than that!”)

4. Pam’s Declaration of War after the guys are exuberant on their way to lunch (“It is so on!”) – She beautifies herself, throws away the leftover Tiramisu cake Jim got for her, and flirted with Michael’s hot tie and TJ Maxx Suit Pants….

5. The Menonite Preacher – Dwight explains to Andy, “He doesn’t understand a word you’re saying Andy. Despite being born just minutes from here, he speaks only German!”

6. Hank the security guard – Tests the copier and the chairs……”Not much lum-bar support” followed immediately by a shot of Stanley’s face to his disgust!

7. Andy’s misfortunes – Twice stepping in dung (once inside the house at Shrute Farms) and getting hit by some weird, wooden projectile from Dwight’s bro Mose.

8. Michael’s solo confession after finding out from corporate he can get 15% of the surplus for himself – “I hate disappointing just one person, let alone everyone in the office, but I love Burlington Coat Factory! If you have $645 when you go in there – you’re treated like a king!”

9. Kevin’s riddle – “Michael, what’s 394 times 5,412?”

10. Michael’s approval then disgust with the office’s quick decision on what they’ll use the surplus on while he’s in the kitchen putting sugar in his soda. “I’m proud of you… Mother _____” Then immediate shot of him wearing thick brown fur coat with buckets of red paint all over his stomach….
