Take a ride with the Moron Brothers

A couple weeks ago, we posted a video of Kentucky’s best kept secret aka Ernie Brown, Jr., the Turtle Man. We cannot top the Turtle Man, but here is Kentucky’s second best kept secret: the self proclaimed “Moron Brothers”.

These two twins cruise the Kentucky River in their homemade “shanty boat” fishing, eating, playing bluegrass music, and using their “indoor outhouse”:

Without a doubt, there are two clear highlights of this video:

1) “You know you’re a redneck when you slice your ‘maters and onions and bologna up with the same knife you just field dressed a deer”: 2:15 mark.

2) “If we’d had bologna during the Civil War, we’d have won”: 2:23 mark.

3) “When daddy seen us layin’ there as babies for the first time, he told momma ‘you gonna have to drown that ugly one’”.
