Popeye’s Runs out of Chicken

First off, whenever you are advertising an 8-pc for $4.99, you better expect to sell a lot of chicken. Evidently, the people who run Popeye’s in New York weren’t aware of the demand, as they ran out of chicken. Who runs out of chicken, anymore?
