Who is this Chick?

Last night during Fox Sports’ coverage of the North Carolina at Wake Forest game, they showed this chick multiple times. We are trying to figure out who she is. She appeared to be cheering for North Carolina so we can only assume she is somehow tied with Tyler Hansbrough. But, we can’t get clarification. Anyone who can identify this yump gets a free Strait Pinkie T-Shirt cuz…UH YUMP!!!
