Yump Madness Tourney – Quarterfinals

REMINDER – VOTING ENDS MONDAY AT 8 PM

Well the First Round of Yump Madness has finally ended, with two of the matchups coming down to the final hour before being decided. Christine held on after a midweek surge to narrowly defeat Rachel. And after a furious back-and-forth, a mere 25 votes decided to send PRP’s Olivia to the Quarterfinals over Manchester’s Taylora. Louisville’s Amber and Megan also survived and advanced over Kharina and Reanna respectively.

Today begins the Quarterfinal action. We have two matchups that will go until 8pm Monday and send two lucky ladies to the Final Four. You can vote once an hour so keep comin’ back and help send your favorite Local Yump one step closer to the money and the fame.

Quarterfinal Match #1 – Amber vs. Sam

AMBER FROM LOUISVILLE

Amber is a Cards fan and went old school on us by naming Chris Redman as her favorite player. Loves duh duh duh duh Inspector Gadget. Would like to go back in time to 1955 when James Dean died. Makes her very own blueberry jam and claims strait deliciousness. Loves Ace Ventura. Is not a fan of people that think she’s stupid because she looks innocent.

Sam from Jeffersonville

Sam is kept sane through music, art and poetry. She is pumped about the Packers kicking off this weekend. Likes to bake and ride motorcycles. Loves Garfield. Would just as soon have a PBJ from home at 4am. Sam is just a simple girl living in a complex world.

Quarterfinal Match #2 – Megan vs. Katie

MEGAN FROM LOUISVILLE

Megan went to both UK and U of L, but graduated from Louisville so she pulls for them. Rugrats was her favorite cartoon growing up. She has two very tiny tattoos. She wishes she had the ability to know what people are thinking. She’s already seen the past so if given the choice she would prefer to travel 15 years into the future. IHOP is her spot at four in the morn’. She loves reduced fat Cheez-Its so much that she considers them a food group. You’ve got your meats, veggies and cheez-its.

Katie is a UK grad who bleeds blue. Her favorite player is probably Wayne Turner, but Tayshaun Prince is also up there. She loves to dance and play soccer. Her favorite food is pickles. Give her a Hank Jr. cd, case of beer and someone to drive her around on the boat all day and she’s set.
